forever friend

i got a forever friend request in facebook
i stare at it and a question appeared in my mind
what's forever friend?
how will you define it?
and what do you understand about this word?
i have no idea on this...
i used to signed off with friends forever when i drop a message previously
but not now, since i can't see the value of doing so

should we discuss what is a friend at first?
at least in your perception,
what do a friend mean to you.
a person which you could share everything with
a person which know you well
a person which is available to you when you need
a person which you think of when you need help
and so on...

but, what is forever?
life long?
i can't assure that

yeah. i have friends,
but it's different with others which got a soul mate since young
my friends kept changing in different stages of my life
and i seldom contact with my so-called friends
maybe, we will only meet up once in a blue moon
just to gather along
and for the sake of updating each others on current status
er..if friendship is a subject in school
i am sure that i will failed it...
