同事问我 ：“明天，你有回公司吗？”
我说 ：“不。”
总是觉得很好奇
我的同事们 习惯性的超时工作
晚上 周末 都是他们的上班日
我了解 这是我们这一行的规律
但 我不盲目的加班...
总是觉得
已经被分派的工作
因该在规定的时间内完成
而
加班 = 凸显个人办事能力弱
因为 唯有办事能力不强
才无法完成预定中的工作
曾经听见senior级人物的话题
他们以个人的超时工作
做以一个人是否勤劳的衡量点
听见的时候
总觉得有点好笑
毕竟
当一个人捱夜的时候
他的成品 往往错漏百出
往往 他们需要更多的时间去更改错误
往往 这意味着 他们 并没有善于利用时间
原谅我周末不上班的坚持

You are still so young , surely must have a life out of office too :) . One should work during working hours and relax when it is time to leave the office . Btw, you graduated dy ? Working fulltime now?

i graduated di..working as auditor now, a no life job...there is only prescribed working hour, but the actual working hour...might be >12 hrs a day...
